Nagel’s Foods is a family-run concession company in business since 1975, now in its third generation. With 15+ concession trailers licensed as Michigan Special Transitory Food Units (STFU) for statewide operation, a FestivalNet member since 2012, and ServeSafe certified, we continue to consist of fun, driven, and professional staff. We all enjoy working w/headingith people just as much as we enjoy working with food. Lifetime of Experience

Our owner, Ben Nagel, is a third-generation food concessionaire. You can safely say he was born into this profession. He’s been part of the concession industry since he was a child, which has allowed him to practice and gain the insights necessary to take food stands to the next level. His lifetime of experience has transformed each of his employees’ views on food and how mobile catering should happen.

Your event should be fun and exciting – and so should the staff serving your guests. We take our hiring and staffing process seriously to ensure you get the best of the best. Our employees are all trained, ServeSafe certified, and equipped to run the food stands so you don’t have to worry about a single thing. Our staff will show up on time and work right through clean up.

Variety of Stands and Services

Each party has its own style and plan, and our catering can fit in with it all. We operate 15+ concession trailers — mobile like food trucks, while also being more permanent — giving you the best options for all of your mobile catering needs. Each trailer comes with unique food choices: Polish and Italian sausage with peppers and onions hot off the flat-top (we call it the grill), elephant ears, and Shake Up Lemonade, fresh-squeezed and shaken to order.
